Rosa Viasana is the Director of Quality and Inventory for Optimal. Her primary responsibilities and expertise lie in ISO 9001:2015 standard certification, quality and inventory control, auditing, and implementing corrective actions. She is committed to ensuring that processes run efficiently, products exceed quality standards, and issues are resolved effectively. She has direct managerial responsibility for the Inventory and Quality Control teams and is a member of Optimal’s Executive Management Group.

Ms. Viasana has been part of Optimal since 1997 when she began her career as the receptionist. She has held key roles in Accounting, Customer Service, Purchasing, Inventory and Quality control. In these departments, she has created and implemented systems and process enhancements to keep up with evolutions in the industry, and improved efficiency throughout the organization. In addition, she is a member of ASQ (American Society for Quality) who is proficient in quality system management and root cause analysis.

She is passionate about driving continuous improvement, fostering a culture of quality, and nurturing talent within the organization. Experience has made her a results-driven, adaptable leader who values both excellence and employee well-being. Ms. Viasana believes investing in employees' development is key to a company's success and maintains a people-centric approach in her leadership roles.
