CEO & President

Manny Losada is the President and CEO of Optimal and serves as the President and General Partner of MedPro Associates. He is a member of the Executive Committee with overall company responsibility for growth and strategic expansion.

His healthcare resume includes sales and marketing positions for Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. He was appointed Vice President of Corporate Special Markets for Henry Schein, Inc. following the acquisition of Microbiomedics where he served as Vice President of acute care. He held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for the U.S. commercial business of medical device manufacturer B. Braun Medical.He also served as Executive Vice President of publicly traded Medical Action Industries Inc.

Mr. Losada has a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair University and a degree in supply chain management from Bloomfield College. He has been an active member of HIDA since 1992 and was the Past Chairman of the HIDA Hospital Advisory Council. Additionally, he was a former board member and secretary for the Healthcare Manufacturers Management Council. He represents over 25 years of loyalty and dedication to the healthcare industry.
